UK Deliveries
Orders are delivered by either Royal Mail 24 (1 to 2 working days) or Next Business Day (24 Hour).
All orders placed with a minimum value of £20 automatically qualify for FREE DELIVERY via the standard Royal Mail 24 service
All orders placed with a minimum value of £50 automatically qualify for FREE DELIVERY, via the Royal Mail 24 Tracked service.
The Royal Mail estimate that items delivered via their Royal Mail 24 service will be delivered within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public Holidays), following the day of despatch.
European Deliveries
Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Airmail.
For Airmail deliveries, the postal services estimate that items delivered via their service will be delivered within 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays), following the day of despatch.
Rest of World Deliveries
Orders are despatched by Royal Mail Airmail.
For Airmail deliveries, they estimate that items delivered via this service will be delivered within 5-7 working days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays), following the day of despatch.
All Deliveries
Please ensure you open and fully check the contents of your delivery before signing to confirm receipt, as mistakes cannot be rectified unless noted at the point of accepting your delivery.
All orders received before 2pm Monday – Friday only (excluding Bank Holidays), will be despatched same day (subject to stock availability).
Orders received after 2.00pm, will be processed and despatched the following business day which, if received after 3pm on a Friday, will be the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Please note that we do not process or despatch orders on a Saturday, Sunday or during UK public bank holidays.
On the rare occasion an out of stock situation arises, we will notify you of the delay and despatch your order as soon as possible.
Returns
Should you for any reason be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return your purchase by emailing us at hello@craftycritters.co.uk.
Please ensure you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office when returning your item, as we cannot accept liability for returned goods we do not receive.
Please allow 2-3 working days for your package to reach us. We aim to attend to all returns within 24 hours. On receipt of the goods we will issue a credit, exchange or refund to the total value of goods returned subject to the goods being returned in an unspoilt, saleable condition.
We are able to arrange collection of your purchase for return to us by our courier. Please contact us if you require this service to organise and make payment for the collection.
